ROASTED GARLIC TAPAS
INGREDIENTS
- 6 small garlic heads
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tablespoon coarse salt
- Baguette
PREPARATION
First, remove the garlic top with a knife and discard it, place it in an ovenproof pan with the cut side down, spray 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a dash of coarse salt, cover the pan with aluminum foil, preheat the oven and bake at 350 °F for 25 minutes. Once it’s ready, remove from the oven and with the help of tongs and spread the creamy garlic on a slice of bread, and it’s ready! We have a fast tapa, delicious and easy to prepare.

TIPS:
It’s very important to cover the pan completely with aluminum foil to cook soft inside and golden outside.
Use special gloves for the oven.
It's very important to use good quality olive oil.
