ASPARAGUS ROLL

INGREDIENTS

- 300 grs asparagus

- 150 grs prosciutto

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 

- Dash of salt

- Dash of pepper

- Shredded parmesan cheese

PREPARATION

First, cut the asparagus ends, approximately 1.5 in, as they are too hard, now wash and remove the peel. Then roll each asparagus with a slice of prosciutto one by one, reserve aside. Spread 1 tablespoon olive oil in an ovenproof dish and place the rolls, spread 1 tablespoon olive oil on top, a dash of salt and pepper. Place in a preheated 400 °F oven for 20 minutes.  Remove from the oven, place on a nice serving dish and sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese on top.  It’s ready!
