ROASTED GARLIC TAPAS

INGREDIENTS

- 6 small garlic heads 

- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 

- 1/4 tablespoon coarse salt 

- Baguette 

PREPARATION

First, remove the garlic top with a knife and discard it, place it in an ovenproof pan with the cut side down, spray 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a dash of coarse salt, cover the pan with aluminum foil, preheat the oven and bake at 350 °F for 25 minutes. Once it’s ready, remove from the oven and with the help of tongs and spread the creamy garlic on a slice of bread, and it’s ready! We have a fast tapa, delicious and easy to prepare.

TIPS:

  • It’s very important to cover the pan completely with aluminum foil to cook soft inside and golden outside. 

  • Use special gloves for the oven.

  • It's very important to use good quality olive oil.
