VEGGIE PLATTER

INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (without sugar) 

- 1 lime juice 

- 1/2 teaspoon salt 

- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (bio) 

- 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill 

- Dash of black ground pepper 

- 6 stems celery 

- 150 gr cherry tomatoes 

- 150 gr sweet yellow tomatoes

- 150 gr broccoli 

- 150 gr cauliflower 

- 150 gr baby carrots 

- 1/3 red pepper 

PREP TIME: 30 MIN

PREPARATION

In a bowl mix ½ cup of Greek yogurt (without sugar), the juice of 1 lime, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, ½ tablespoon of finely chopped fresh dill and a dash of black ground pepper, mix everything well and put aside. Now, on a large plate/board, place all the vegetables previously washed and chopped. Accompany it with the dip yogurt  previously prepared, and It’s ready!

TIPS:

  • You can buy the vegetables pre washed and cut. 

  • To maintain the celery freshness, keep the stems in a glass with 3 tablespoons of filtered water and ½ teaspoon salt.

  • You can replace it with your preferred vegetables.

  • Don’t forget to wash and dry the vegetables before placing them in the dish.
