RASPBERRY ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cup frozen raspberry (no sugar added)
- 1 cup organic plain greek yoghurt, 2% fat, (without sugar)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
You will also need:
- Shot disposable cups
- Popsicle sticks
PREPARATION
Place in a blender 1 ½ cup of frozen raspberries, 1 cup plain greek yoghurt, 2 tablespoons maple syrup and blend in an electric blender or smoothie maker until all the raspberries are pureed , it should have a nice strong pink color. Now, with the help of a soup spoon fill the shot cups with the raspberry mixture, leaving one centimeter free from the edge. Now, put the popsicle sticks in the middle all through the cup. Take it to the freezer for at least 3 hours and it's ready !
Remove carefully from the cups, and serve !

TIPS
- To remove the ice cream from the cups, just warm the cup a little bit with your hands and press from the bottom to pop it out, and don't twist the stick, it can break.
- You can buy the popsicle sticks at any craft store
- The little cups are shot cups , you can find them at the grocery store near the alcohol.
- If you want to prepare larger ice creams you can use paper cups that come in a bigger size and just peel it off when frozen
- To freeze the raspberries , just wash and dry fresh raspberries and place them in a ziplock for a few hours or overnight.
