AVOCADO ICE CREAM
(Dairy Free)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg avocado
- 400 ml coconut cream (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
IMPLEMENTS

- Electric Mixer
PREPARATION
With an electric mixer, beat in high speed a whole can of frozen coconut cream, until it thickens, reserve aside.
In a blender place 1 kg of avocado, peeled without seed, add 1 tablespoon lime juice, blend in high speed until you obtain a smooth creamy mixture. Now add this avocado mixture to the whipped coconut cream, then 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, a dash of salt and 1 tablespoon maple syrup, blend everything with a spatula together until the color is all the same. Now, pour in a freezer safe container, level the top and cover tightly, Take it to the freezer overnight or for aprox 8 hrs. it’s ready!!

TIPS
- It is recommended to use a glass or metal container for ice cream, as it freezes better .
- Keep in an airtight container , if you don’t have a lid, use plastic film to make it airtight.
- It is important to freeze the bowl and mixer blades, it helps the mixture to thicken better and faster.
