CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

- 600 gr small red potatoes

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 

- 2 teaspoon coarse sea salt

- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary 

- Dash of ground black pepper 

PREPARATION

Wash 600 gr of small red potatoes. Cover a cookie pan with aluminum foil. Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, cut the potatoes in half and lay them ,flat side down, in the pan side by side, sprinkle 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt, add 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (only the leaves) over the potatoes, a dash of ground fresh black pepper.

Place in the oven at 300 °F for 20 minutes and it’s ready!

TIPS

  • It’s not mandatory to cover the pan with  aluminium foil, the purpose is just to simplify the cleanup.

  • You can use a spatula to spread oil in the pan.
