SPOOKY DINNER

INGREDIENTS

- 2 lt filtered water 

- 1 teaspoon salt 

- 250 gr linguini Nero di Sepia (Squid Ink Pasta)

- 250 gr shrimps (peeled and cooked)

- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 

- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic 

- ¼ tablespoon ground black pepper 

- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley (4 sprigs approx) 

- Grated Parmesan cheese 

PREPARATION

Pour 2 liters of filtered water and 1 teaspoon salt in a pot, when it’s boiling add 250 gr linguini and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside. Now, add 2 tablespoons  olive oil to a pan, 1 tablespoon granulated garlic, when it starts to heat, add 250 gr shrimps, stir fry and cover for two minutes, then ¼ tablespoon of ground black pepper, cook for 3 more  minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the linguini, mix and serve, add the sauteed  shrimps on top, sprinkle some fresh parsley finely chopped and parmesan cheese over it.

TIPS:

  • Better to  serve and eat immediately after cooking!

  • Don’t overcook the shrimps otherwise they’ll get too rubbery.

  • If you use frozen shrimp, thaw them before stir frying to avoid rubbiness.

  • Be careful with the salt as shrimps and squid ink already have salt of each own.
