CONCHITAS A LA PARMESANA

INGREDIENTS

- 6 clean scallops 

- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 

- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)

- Dash of salt 

- 2 Limes

PREPARATION

First, place the clean scallops on an oven proof tray.  Place a piece of butter on top of each one, sprinkle over them a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese, and a dash of salt. Immediately take to the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes and it’s ready!!

To serve, add lime in quarters as decoration.

TIP

  • Use oven proof gloves when removing the scallops from the oven.

  • The scallops should be fresh and kept refrigerated until the moment you use them.

  • Buy the ones that are already clean and ready to use

  • Cover your tray with aluminum foil for an easy cleanup

  • You can do them in the Toaster oven
