CONCHITAS A LA PARMESANA
INGREDIENTS
- 6 clean scallops
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Dash of salt
- 2 Limes
PREPARATION
First, place the clean scallops on an oven proof tray. Place a piece of butter on top of each one, sprinkle over them a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese, and a dash of salt. Immediately take to the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes and it’s ready!!
To serve, add lime in quarters as decoration.

TIP
Use oven proof gloves when removing the scallops from the oven.
The scallops should be fresh and kept refrigerated until the moment you use them.
