CELERY SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

- 300 gr de shredded chicken

- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise  

- ½ cup chopped celery stalks

- 1 lemon (juice)

- Dash of pepper

- Dash of salt

PREPARATION

Mix 300 gr of chicken breast previously shredded, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, ½ cup of chopped celery, 1 lemon, a dash of pepper and salt, mix everything and put in bread of your choice.

  • Once any of your sandwiches is ready, press it slightly downwards with both hands , this helps the sandwich to stay together.
