BAGEL SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Bagel
- 1 ½ tablespoon cream cheese
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 3 leaves baby lettuce
- Sprig of dill
PREP TIME: 5 MIN
PREPARATION
First, cut the bagel in half. Then, spread each interior side of the bagel with cream cheese, approximately 1 ½ tablespoon, lay 4 slices of smoked salmon on top of cheese on one side, next add 1 teaspoon of capers, 3 leaves clean baby lettuce, some dill leaves, and it’s ready!

Use a serrated knife to cut the bagel well.
