CANCHA CHULPI

INGREDIENTS

- 100 gr cancha chulpi

- 1 tablespoon oil

- Dash of salt

PREPARATION

Place in a pot very hot 100 gr of canchita chullpi, add 1 tablespoon of oil and turn down the heat, mix constantly for 5 minutes approximately, the corn starts to pop, cover with a lid to shake the pot, once it’s ready add a dash of salt and serve!

TIP

  • Use gloves when you shake the pot.

  • The pot has to be very hot, then when you cook turn down the heat.
