I have realized that garbage is a matter of conflict everywhere I’ve talked about it , and by everywhere , I mean everywhere in the world. Garbage classification is a matter of conflict , people always discuss over what goes where in which bin, etc. Countries discuss about the cleanliness of the garbage they buy or receive, hence governments insist on citizens to classify properly the garbage, according to certain parameters established by the buyers. So, local governments want to punish their citizens for not following the new rules.

Also, sometimes you need to have a “clean” garbage, that means to clean your bottles, cans, etc before disposing, that way you don’t “contaminate” the rest of the garbage.
