Heat a pan, add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and seal the meat on high heat on all sides, 1 minute for each side approximately, until gets a golden color. Once it’s sealed, add 2 tablespoons of filtered water, cover with a lid and wait until the water is absorbed, turn the meat, add 2 more tablespoons of water, cover and let it cook until the water is absorbed again, repeat this process for all four sides, sprinkle the grounded oregano, then turn off the stove and reserve aside covered with the lid.
On the other hand, in the same pan, add 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, add the potatoes, fry for a couple of minutes, saute and sprinkle with salt.
It’s ready ! Super simple, serve with the fried potatoes.

TIPS
You can serve this dish with some Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole.
When you add water to your beef, it's important to cover the pan so it helps to cook nicely.
Don’t add too much water , because it’ll boil instead of roast.
